These terms govern access to and use of the Flex ERP platform, provided by Flex ERP SRL ([Tax ID], [Reg. No.]), with its office at 11 Ion Câmpineanu St, Bucharest ("we", "the Provider"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
01 Definitions
"Service" means the Flex ERP application and all its modules. "Account" is your company's workspace. "User" is any person you authorize to access the account.
02 The service
Flex ERP is a software-as-a-service platform for operations management: clients, employees, attendance, tasks, billing and related modules. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for the duration of your subscription.
03 Account and eligibility
You must legally represent a company and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity in your account.
04 Subscriptions, trial and payments
The service includes a 14-day free trial, no card required. After that, access continues only with an active subscription. Billing is monthly, in advance, for the active plan and modules.
- Prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.
- You can change your plan or cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Amounts paid are not refunded for partial periods, except where required by law.
05 Your obligations
You agree to use the service lawfully and not for activities that infringe third-party rights, system security or applicable law.
- Do not attempt to access other companies' (tenants') data.
- Do not resell or grant access to unauthorized third parties.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
06 Availability and support
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service highly available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform planned maintenance, with prior notice where possible.
07 Intellectual property
The platform, code, design and Flex ERP trademarks belong to us. Data you enter remains yours; you grant us only the right to process it to provide the service.
08 Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or lost data arising from use of the service.
09 Termination
You may stop using the service anytime from your account. We may suspend or close an account for non-payment or breach of these terms. Upon termination, we make a data export available to you for a reasonable period.
10 Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes are resolved amicably; failing that, by the competent courts in Romania.
11 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes, and continued use of the service after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
